We are all conductors of our own lives. We write our own librettos, and we not only direct, but set the stage of what's ahead. I am David, I live in North Miami Beach, Florida and I know my calling is to make this journey a pleasant one for not only myself, but everyone that crosses my path. Notice in my title I wrote "PIES" I will briefly describe what PIES are. PIES is an acronym for the following:

P - PHYSICAL - our bodies are our temples and must be taken care of.

I - INTELLECTUAL - our mind is all connecting. If we don't use it, we lose it.

E- EMOTIONAL - We must take care of our emotions and use them wisely.

S - SPIRITUALITY - This word implies that it is NOT ALL ABOUT ME.

When we have our PIES in order, it will create inner harmony  that we can spread throughout mankind.
